Same-day delivery and pickup cut-off time is 6:00pm. Orders received after 6:00 P.M. will be processed on the next working/business day. Orders must be placed at least 1 hour in advance. 

Advance orders are accepted up to 14 both for delivery and pickup. For an advance order of more than 14 days, please call our hotline at 8888-1-999. 

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Products and services offered at the Goldilocks Delivery Online are available as long as they are on stock. Our call center representative will call you for orders that cannot be fulfilled. Not all products and services are available in all geographical regions.

Transactions above P5,000 must be fully paid upon placing the order. Bulk order same-day delivery or pickup is available but must be placed at least 2 hours in advance. 

Custom cakes like motif and fondant cakes are available for advance order only. Minimum order lead time may vary per item.

The product price list in this site reflects the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices are frequently updated and subject to modification without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and determine if sale pricing will apply. Prices and information are subject to change without prior notification.

Goldilocks Delivery online accepts credit/debit cards and e-wallet payments for delivery and pickup orders. Online payments will be processed by the payment gateway iPAY88. 

Cash on Delivery is available but is subject for approval. 

Cashless mode of payment on-site (credit card and/or debit card), subject to the condition that onsite credit card payment may not be available 24 hours. Cashless payment on-site will involve a redirection to a third-party payment gateway. You acknowledge that Goldilocks will not be responsible for any information provided in the payment gateway. 

Upon pick-up or delivery of goods, we will provide you the Sales Invoice from our cashier for the goods actually delivered or picked-up.

For orders placed abroad and settled via credit or debit card, additional bank charges may apply depending on the country the order was placed. 

For customers abroad, Goldilocks items that are posted in the website are in Philippine Peso, Your bank may charge a separate fee for converting your local currency to Philippine Peso. 

Goldilocks Delivery Services is limited to a valid address within the Philippines. Serviceable area is within a 6 km radius of a Goldilocks Delivery partner store.

Fixed delivery fee of P50, regardless of the distance from the servicing store and total transaction amount

The estimated delivery time you selected in the course of ordering the items or goods through this platform is a mere approximation which may still vary depending on the availability of our third-party logistics and delivery provider and road traffic. 

To ensure the safety of our riders, Goldilocks Delivery may be temporarily unavailable at selected areas or delivery timing may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 

To ensure strict quality assurance standards, certain food items are not available for Goldilocks Delivery online.

Delayed and/or non-delivery due to unforeseen events like typhoons, floods, earthquakes, and road accidents are excluded from replacement. 

In case, you or your recipient received an order and finds that the product has defect or is not in good order and condition, you need to call our Delivery hotline at 8888-1-999 within 24 hours after receipt of delivery. 

For same day order: Orders may be cancelled within five (5) minutes from the time that the order was placed by calling or messaging the Goldilocks hotline number or store that received your order. Cancellation immediately after the 5th minute from the time that the Order Confirmation was received will no longer be valid. You understand and agree that cancellation beyond the 5th minute will require you to pay the full amount of the order placed by you. We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation in case the order has already been dispatched for delivery prior to receipt of your request. 

For advance orders: Orders may be cancelled 3 days before the delivery schedule. If payment is made via credit card and the cancellation of order was successful, it will be your responsibility to contact the issuing bank to cancel the payment made. 

In case of a refund, Any payment made via cash or other payment channels shall be investigated and validated, Refunds for orders paid online via credit card must be processed through your issuing bank. Refunds will be subject for review, Goldilocks may deny your request and this will be case to case basis.

In order to authorize other people to receive your order for you, just provide them with a signed over printed name authorization letter, photocopy of your valid government ID.

Your friend and / or family member must also show their valid ID when they receive the order.

If a Senior Citizen (SC) or Person with Disability (PWD) discount was applied on the delivery transaction, The SC or PWD card must be presented to our rider for validation, Rider will take a photo of the ID presented for documentation.

When you choose to purchase or order products from this Site through the Goldilocks Delivery Online, we receive and store personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, fax number, mailing address including your credit card number, expiration date and all other relevant information necessary for credit card verification. The information will allow us to process or fulfill your product order and notify you of the status of such order. We may likewise use the information to send you latest updates about our company, events and product promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information, please advise us immediately. 

We will not collect or store any information unless you deliberately furnish us such information. All personal information generated through this website will be used to ensure your orders are processed efficiently in accordance with the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

We may also collect demographic information such as your zip code, age, gender, preference, internet and favorites. If you provide us with demographic information, your responses are kept confidential and used for internal marketing and statistical purposes only.
