Can I order for advance delivery? 

Advance orders are accepted up to 14 days both for delivery and pickup. For an advance order of more than 14 days, please call our hotline at 8888-1-999. 

What are the payment methods you accept? 

Goldilocks Delivery online accepts credit/debit cards and e-wallet payments for delivery and pickup orders. Online payments will be processed by the payment gateway iPAY88.  Cash on Delivery is available for amounts below P5,000, and is subject to store approval. 

Can I place an order from abroad? 

Yes. Customers can place an order from abroad. For orders placed abroad and settled via credit or debit card, additional bank charges may apply depending on the country the order was placed.   
 
For customers abroad, Goldilocks items that are posted in the website are in Philippine Peso. Your bank may charge a separate fee for converting your local currency to Philippine Peso.  

Is there a minimum amount I can order? 

There is no minimum amount to order. But a fixed delivery fee of P50 will apply for every transaction, regardless of order amount. 

Can I order without signing in or creating an account? 

You can order without signing or creating an account. But you will have to provide your name, delivery and contact details upon checkout to proceed with the delivery. 

When will my orders be delivered after ordering? 

For order amount below P5,000, there is minimum one (1) hour lead time for delivery. For orders P5,000 and above, there is a two (2) hour lead time for delivery.
